1. About TL Collectables

TL Collectables is an Australian-based online store selling physical collectables including Pop Vinyls, trading cards, games, die-cast models, and memorabilia. The store is operated from Sydney, NSW, Australia and sells exclusively to Australian buyers.

2. How Purchasing Works

TL Collectables operates on an enquiry-based model. Items listed on the store are not purchased through a shopping cart. Instead, you submit an enquiry through the product's contact form, and we reply with the total cost including postage to your location. No payment is taken until we've agreed on the total and provided a PayPal invoice.

When you submit an enquiry on a product, it is temporarily held for up to 24 hours while we respond. If we don't finalise the sale within that window, the item becomes available again for other buyers.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Postage costs are calculated based on the item's size, weight, and your delivery address, and will be quoted before you commit to a purchase. Payment is accepted via PayPal. Full payment is required before an item is shipped.

4. Product Descriptions & Condition

All items sold through TL Collectables are one-of-a-kind. We describe the condition of each item honestly using a grading system (Mint, VGC, Good, Fair). Product photographs show the actual item you will receive. While we make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item, minor variations in colour may occur due to differences in screens and lighting.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses within Australia only. Items are packed carefully to protect them during transit. Shipping is handled via Australia Post unless otherwise arranged. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, though we will assist with any delivery issues including lodging investigations where necessary.

Tracking information will be provided once your item has been dispatched.

6. Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms. If an item is faulty, significantly not as described, or doesn't match the product listing, you are entitled to a remedy including a refund or replacement where applicable.

Because all items are one-of-a-kind pre-owned collectables, we cannot offer exchanges for the same item. If a valid issue exists, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution — which may include a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Change-of-mind returns are not offered. Please review the product photos and description carefully before submitting an enquiry. If you have any questions about an item, contact us before purchasing.

To request a return, email us within 14 days of receiving the item with a description of the issue and photos where relevant.

7. Availability

All items are one-of-a-kind. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but occasionally an item may become unavailable between the time you view it and the time you enquire. If this happens, we will let you know promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TL Collectables is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any item. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
